Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Ceram

Ceram™ valves - eliminates downtime, they don't stick. This valve is exceptionally tolerant of dirty/contaminated air supply due to ceramic sliding plates. Perfect for harsh environments where other valves fail. Extended life – anticipated life of 150 million cycles.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series 581

Have ISO 5599/1 mounting dimensions, so they are interchangeable with other ISO 5599/1 valves. Available in ISO sizes 1-4, with port sizes from ¼“ - 1“ NPTF and ISO G (BSPP). Balanced spool/sleeve design with a stainless steel sleeve and polished inner diameter, a nylon spool, and static o-rings encapsulated by Teflon wear rings reducing friction.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series 740

Feature a lightweight, polymer construction. Integral air line tube fittings are molded into the valve body for convenience and cost savings. The unique diaphragm/poppet design allow a fast response time and long life. Used as a single inline valve, or the same valve can be assembled easily into a modular valve manifold with additional valves.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series 840

Feature a lightweight, polymer construction. Integral air line tube fittings are molded into the valve body for convenience and cost savings. The unique diaphragm/poppet design allow a fast response time and long life. Used as a single inline valve, or the same valve can be assembled easily into a modular valve manifold with additional valves.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series TC08 and TC15

Four-way directional control valves provide a highly reliable, high-flow, cost effective solution to a wide variety of applications. Use of polymer technology results in a light-weight, compact design for use in tight spaces. The easy-to-assemble manifold system has a reduced height and quick valve changes make it maintenance friendly.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series 579 and 589

Available in 3/2 and 5/2 functions with solenoid or air pilot operators, the design types can be combined onto the same manifold easily. The light weight, yet durable, polymer construction results in a space-saving valve system with high flow rates (up to 0.85 Cv). The poppet valve design offers few wearing parts and delivers short response times—all at a low cost!

Air Valves, Series LS04

The AVENTICS LS04 miniature valve series have a valve body width of only 10mm. With the reduced size comes reduced weight, making them ideal for mounting on dynamic applications like robotic arms. The LS04 family of valves includes the inline XS model (extra small), and the inline AF models (all functions).

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series DO10-MR & DO15-MR

Direct solenoid operated miniature pneumatic directional control valves, available in 2/2 and 3/2 configurations. The Series DO10-MR has a 10mm body width, while the DO15-MR has a 15mm body width. Both miniature valve lines offer fast response (switching) times and a high flow for their size. At the same time, both series are very economically priced.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series 830

The valves are compact and economically priced. They feature a direct acting, poppet design for fast response. The 3-way, normally closed valves can be mounted on a single subbase or on two to eight station manifolds.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series CD04

The AVENTICS Series CD04 inline air valves come with inch (PTF) or ISO G (BSPP) porting and a wide variety of actuation choices including: solenoid, air pilot, manual and mechanical. The CD04 has a high flow of 0.9 Cv for its compact size.

Pneumatic Directional Control Valves, Series CD07

The AVENTICS CD07 inline 4-way,5-ported air valves are a popular choice for a wide variety of industrial applications. With ¼“ NPTF (and ISO G ¼) ports, the valve offers a flow of 1.1 Cv. The CD07 uses a standard DIN plug-in connection.
