The food and beverage industries have been one of primary focus by AVENTICS for many years. With our worldwide presence and a specialist team for food and beverage, AVENTICS can offer more than just products. Our experience over the years enable us to assist you by providing economically and technically optimal solutions. Our direct contacts with food and beverage manufacturers and mechanical/electrical engineers guarantee you product development based on current market trends.
The demands placed on machinery and equipment in the food and beverage industry are as varied as the products involved, and are constantly increasing. For example in the food industry, new regulations set a trend toward higher quality materials and stricter hygienic design. You can rely on AVENTICS to help your company meet these increasing demands.
Our CL03 Clean Line valves us IP69K-rated technology in a hygienically designed package, making it ideal for high-pressure wash down applications. They can be used outside of a cabinet to locate them closer to the actuators to improve cycle times. Factory-assembled manifolds can be from 1 to 12 stations in either discrete multi-pin or direct fieldbus connection, and single valves are available in all spool functions.
Our CCL-IS pneumatic cylinders meet ISO 15552 standards. Based on a clean design to minimize potential pocket areas. The CCL-IS feature the "ideal cushioning" design and can be used in lighter washdown applications.
Our ICS-D2 (304 stainless steel) pneumatic cylinders meet all levels of corrosion resistance. Their hygienic design has smooth, cavity free surfaces for easy cleaning. They are lubricated with food-grade grease to allow direct contact with food.
You’re looking for standardized round mini cylinders made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, that fit in the tightest of spaces, and that also withstand frequent cleaning cycles with acidic or alkaline industrial cleaning agents? The perfect solution: The new CSL-RD round mini cylinders in three versions meet your requirements. Available bore sizes are 16mm, 20mm and 25mm.
The AVENTICS Series 740 4-way pneumatic directional control valves feature a lightweight, polymer construction. Integral air line tube fittings are molded into the valve body for convenience and cost savings. The unique diaphragm/poppet design allow a fast reponse time and long life. The 740 can be used as a single inline valve, or the same valve can be assembled easily into a modular valve manifold with additional valves. Choose from single or double solenoid and air pilot operated models.
The AVENTICS Series 840 4-way pneumatic directional control valves feature a lightweight, polymer construction. Integral air line tube fittings are molded into the valve body for convenience and cost savings. The unique diaphragm/poppet design allow a fast reponse time and long life. The 840 can be used as a single inline valve, or the same valve can be assembled easily into a modular valve manifold with additional valves. Choose from single or double solenoid and air pilot operated models. The 840 valve can operate with or without air line lubrication.
The new AVENTICS AV (Advanced Valve) pneumatic directional control valves are smaller, lighter and more efficient than most similar valves. The unique diagonal shape of the valve optimizes flow capacity. The AV03 valves feature flow of 0.3 Cv, and the larger AV05 feature flow of 0.7 Cv. The plug-in design allows for quick valve change-out. Configure your own custom valve manifolds online quickly. One scan of the QR code on the valve manifold using your cell phone or tablet, and you are immediately forwarded to your configuration via a wireless connection. Using the AVENTICS AES (Advanced Electronic System) you can add bus modules, I/O, or an E/P (electro-pneumatic pressure regulator).
The AVENTICS NCT (Non-Contact Transport) units allow lifting of small objects without touching the surface. Airflow under the device creates a low pressure zone, and thus a lifting force (Bernoulli principle). NCTs work in applications where traditional vacuum cups will not, as vacuum cups require a sealing surface, and NCTs do not. For example, NCTs work with objects having porous or rough surfaces. No separate vacuum generator is required saving installation complexity. Polymer version for food and packaging applications.
The MH1 family of air preparation offers ideal corrosion resistance for the toughest of applications. With all metal components made from stainless steel, these filters, regulators and filter-regulator combinations excel in outdoor and caustic washdown applications and are NACE compliant. Reduce the size of stainless steel enclosures in your applications--or perhaps eliminate the need for them entirely--by using Series MH1 components.
