Flexibility and safety without compromises
Through its hygienic design and the use of NSFH1 lubricants, the CL03 is suitable for use in applications with direct food contact. The system features an especially high protection class of IP69K and the special resistance of the high-tech polymer to aggressive chemicals and cleaning material enable simple and fast cleaning of the equipment at any time, making it ideal for wash-down applications, even under harsh conditions and high temperatures. Simply unbeatable.
Two combinable sizes, alternative electrical connections, and the ability to additionally integrate single valves from the series into an installation make the series ideal for custom-configured pneumatics solutions. Based on its hygienic design, CL03 systems can also be placed directly in the vicinity of the actuators, cutting down on control cabinets as well as additional tubing and cables for power and compressed air supply.
CL03 - Modularity
CL03 is single station modular so that both sizes can be configured as desired. Thus, it is possible to integrate up to 32 coils and 16 valves. Due to the dual pressure capability, channel separation and optimized base plates, up to 32 pressure zones can be configured.

Whether multipole connection or fieldbus communication, CL03 offers the optimum solution for integration into the machine control without having to forego a clean design.
