PRA and TRB series

PRA series

The PRA series cylinders with a weight-optimized profile tube represent a consistent further development of our proven ISO cylinders with tie rods. Due to their 6 mm grooves, a large number of sensors can be mounted easily, quickly and compactly.

 

TRB series

The cylinders of the TRB series are our proven ISO cylinders with tie rods. They are the classic solution for numerous tasks and applications in nearly all industries – standardized in accordance with ISO 15552, and available in piston diameters from 32 - 125 mm (160 - 320 mm as ITS series).

 

Modular sealing system

In addition to numerous design highlights, our PRA-TRB series scraper modules offer the greatest adaptability to all requirements – whether dealing with loose dirt, grinding and welding residues, or chemicals. ISO Cylinders with Modular Sealing System

LU6 series: Static holding or dynamic braking

The LU6 locking unit can be used as a holding unit (blocking of a movement) or as a brake unit (emergency stop/emergency off). The LU6 can be used in controls with a maximum performance level c or Cat. 1 according to ISO 13849-1 (“proven component”), e.g. to prevent a dangerous movement. When used in controls with a higher performance level, additional control measures according to ISO 13849-1 are necessary. LU6 is activated with a pressure of less than 4 bar and offers a maximum holding or braking force of 760 to 12,000 N.
