My name is Judit Fehér, I‘ve been working for the pneumatic production factory in Eger as a production planner for 8 years now.
I love my job, because my versatility is needed here and I can work in an international environment. My working time is predictable, which is very important for me as a mother. Weekdays here are very busy, so I am never bored. I like the continuous load, something happens all the time, therefore I have to be up-to-date. I like communicating with people, so it is important for me to work in a team.
Because here a youthful and dynamic team receives the future colleagues, where he/she can gain much from both professional and human point of view.
Although we have to do our work according to deadlines and we are working with given tools, everybody in their own field of work gets free hand to form his/her processes.
