My name is Martin Plhák and I work at AVENTICS on the position of sales representative. In my sales region, I take care for customers which use pneumatic drives and I also search for new automation applications in various industries.
I graduated from the Secondary Technical School in Mohelnice in the field of Mechanic Adjustment. Then I continued to VŠB - TU Ostrava in the field of Engineering Technology, which I successfully completed with the title Engineer.
I've found AVENTICS via LinkedIn social network. Then I began to discover the history of the company, the products it manufactures and the industries in which it operates. On my job, I like the diversity of this work, the independence and the trust the employer gives me. I like the fact that the company uses modern technology for work.
Our customers value our company because of the company's tradition in pneumatics. They rely on products that have high quality processing, good functionality, and use state-of-the-art materials. We strive to help our customers not only in the sale of parts, but also in the consultancy, development and production of specific products.
Our products are trying to adapt to customers and their requirements. We emphasize simplicity, but also the high functionality and precision of these products. Our products have a modern design and are used in a variety of industries.
I like to work at AVENTICS because every day is different. Workload is not stereotyped. I can learn new technical things about pneumatic systems and their real applications.
